The Opportunity

Recent statewide legislation has unlocked the ability to convert commercial land for housing through measures such as:
AB 2011 – Streamlined approvals for multifamily housing on commercial land
SB 6 – Residential projects allowed on sites zoned for office, retail, or parking without rezoning
