Fred has spent more than 30 years in commercial real estate, leading U.S. operations for a cross-Pacific investment firm. He previously practiced real estate law for 15 years and served as CEO of a residential development and construction company, overseeing 100+ projects in Southern California.

She has facilitated major cross-border investment and capital deployment for ultra-wealthy families and enterprises.

Steven is an entrepreneur and investor deeply connected to California’s political and educational ecosystems, especially within the API community. In 2012, he was appointed Commissioner and Secretary of the California Commission on Asian and Pacific Islander American Affairs. In 2017, he became the first International Education Liaison for the California Department of Education. He has served in senior finance roles on Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign and chairs the California State Treasurer's Lieutenant Governor campaign finance committee.
